Mariah Becker ESQ

Mariah Becker is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on personal, corporate and partnership tax controversies including IRS personal and entity audits, IRS collections and IRS penalty relief. She handles cases with both the federal government and the State of Florida. She resolves issues related to trust fund recovery penalties, tax return preparer penalties, innocent spouse relief, wage garnishment, bank levy and property liens. Mariah also assists in corporate transactions, including business closings and entity formations.

Mariah graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with a J.D., cum laude, in 2021 and in 2018 graduated with a B.S. in Marketing and Risk Management & Insurance, magna cum laude from Florida State University.

Mariah was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2021 and was admitted to the United States Tax Court in 2022.
